Small Motor Boat broken down

Details:

Falmouth Inshore Lifeboat having attending the Port Navas Regatta was departing the Helford when at 16:45 Falmouth Coastguard requested assistance for a small motor boat with two persons on board which was reported to be broken down off Pendennis Point.

The Inshore Lifeboat arrived on scene off Pendennis Point at 16:52 and having passed the vessel a tow line commenced the tow back to Mylor Harbour where the vessel was safely moored at 17:20, the Inshore Lifeboat being released to return to its station.

The Inshore Lifeboat was recovered onto its slipway at 17:28 where the lifeboat was refuelled and made ready for service by 17:40.
