At 09:25 whilst the lifeboat was collecting debris from the water from the Motor Vessel ""Hemajo"" which had sunk 1 mile Southeast of the Manacle Buoy, Falmouth Coastguard requested that the Lifeboat proceed to the Fishing Vessel ""Harvester"" which was 9 miles South of Manacle Buoy. The ""Harvester"" had reported having a crewmember with an injured hand, which required medical evacuation.

The Offshore Lifeboat arrived alongside the ""Harvester"" at 10:00 and the casualty was transferred to the Lifeboat. The Lifeboat then headed back towards Falmouth.

At 11:26 the Lifeboat arrived at its pontoon berth and the casualty was transferred to a waiting ambulance.
