Man and his Dog are very lucky to survive after their punt capsized

Falmouth Inshore Lifeboat was tasked to a man and his dog which had been reported in the water from a capsized punt. The punt and oars were located and recovered by the Inshore Lifeboat and a Search commenced but it was then found that the man and his dog had managed to swim ashore safely.
