Enterprise Boats Limited based in the waterside village of Flushing near Falmouth have provided the regular seasonal link between the Ports of Falmouth and Truro for many successful years. The late Harry Johns and his family were running boats in these waters as long ago as the thirties when oysters and winkles were farmed for profit.
