Lifeboat was launched at 17:18 go to the assistance of a person in a small boat off the
Royal Cornwall Yacht Club who appeared to be waving for assistance. The Inshore Lifeboat
quickly located the small boat with one person onboard off the yacht club. It was soon
found that he was not in distress, but was protesting at the planned extension of the
yacht club. The Inshore Lifeboat was therefore released to return to station. The Inshore
Lifeboat was rehoused and ready for service by 17:30 |
